The Immedia MultiGlide SG Tubular Nylon Low-Low slide sheet is ideal for facilitating patient transfers and repositioning. The tubular slide sheet is constructed with an ultra-low friction nylon interior and exterior to minimise friction and prevent the build-up of peak pressure points for immobile patients. This double layer of ultra-low friction material allows for a smooth transfer to minimise the risk of skin breakdown during transfers and repositioning. Fitted with a loop strap, the sheet can hang on a hook for quick access or rolled up and stored out of sight.
